At Jannah Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligible/Non EligibleProducts

• 30ml Perfumes – Refundable if unopened and in the original packaging with the plastic wrap/cellophane intact.
• Discovery Sets – Refundable only if the entire set is sealed and the plastic wrap/cellophane is unopened.
• E-Gift Cards – All e-gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Products that have been opened, used, or partially opened will not be eligible for refunds.

Return/RefundConditions

• Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be in original, unopened, unused condition with the cellophane fully intact.
• We do not accept returns for products purchased outside our official website.

How to Request a Refund/Return?

• Contact us at support@jannahfragrance.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number, full name, and the reason for the return/refund.
• If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for shipping the product back to us.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days with your order details and photos/videos showing the issue.
• We will offer a replacement or full refund once verified.
